Team Vegan 2013

 What is Team Vegan?

Team Vegan is a fundraiser for Vegan Outreach that 'runs' from May 1 through June 30, 2013. 
If you'd like to help raise money to support Vegan Outreach's Adopt a College program, you can join the team. Every dollar you raise will help our activists and volunteers reach more students with Vegan Outreach’s booklets.

Why should I do this? Some generous donors have pledged to match money raised from May 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013 – up to $100,000! That means we can potentially raise $200,000 for Vegan Outreach.

You do not need to register in order to donate.

What do I need to do? To join the team, register on or after April 23, 2013 at http://teamvegan.biz/ ! Post your 'page' to your social network on May 1, 2013 and ask for donations to support Vegan Outreach. (E.g., my 'page' is http://teamvegan.biz/team/Green-Ball )

Do I need to run? Nope. You can set another goal – like leafleting or cycling or having a bake sale and donating the proceeds to Vegan Outreach. You don’t have to have any other goal, though, besides raising funds for Vegan Outreach.

Remember, the money you raise goes to Vegan Outreach to support our Adopt a College program, not to any one team member, not to another group or cause. The running, leafleting, baking, etc. is part of the fun. And there are prizes for fundraising! (see the site for more info).
